i WOULD BE HAPPY TO JOIN YOU, I STARTED ON JUNE 27TH, BUT I AM ONLY DOING IT ON MONDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY AND THEN RUNNING ON TUESDAY, THURSDAY AND SATURDAY. I KNOW IF I DO IT EVERY DAY I WILL GET BORED AND QUIT.

yeah, the chip goes in the shoe and then links with either your ipod or i have the sports watch....it will track you runs, including mileage, time and calories burned, and then you link it to the website and everything is tracked there for you.

I use it and I love it! It is a great motivator.....my husband laughs at me, but for some reason it makes the workouts seem to count for more when you can actually see them on the website!

My husband had gotten "snipped" after our second daughter and that has been about 2 years now, so I was going to get my sister (who is pregnant) to pee on a pregnancy test and give it to me to give to him and tell him so much for the surgery!

I started the 4 day jumpstart today and so far so good....I am definitely fuller and don't feel bloated at all, which is a major plus. I am keeping my fingers crossed that it at least gets me going on a good track again...I will keep you posted on the first 4 day results....

Hi there, I am in...my husband and I are actually starting today, friends of ours have been doing it for almost 2 months now and rave about it....they tell me it is the hardest thing they have ever done, but said it is worth it.
