Today I had half of an avocado with lemon, sliced tomatoes, and Low fat cottage cheese with smoked salt. On the days I work out I eat more protein-turkey sandwhiches, lots of veggies sauteed in a pan with an egg, tomatoes, a poached egg and avocado hollandaise on top(yum)!

I agree with the person that said find a work out you love. I started bootcamp over two years ago in the summer when Im off of work. I became addicted and when work started back in the fall I started going to a 5am class. I absolutely love the class, it gets my day going and I really enjoy getting home after work and…

Go for a long run in the am and then only eat portions of the food I really love!!

I CANNOT loose my belly! Everything else is fine but I continue to have this "WINE" belly. Guess I should lay off the wine!

I try to really increase my exercise during this time. Lots of towns have a Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning. Then when its time to eat, I only eat the items I LOVE! Mashed poatoes and gravy, mac and cheese, just not tons of it!!

Subway will make any of their sandwhiches into salads. I get all the veggies and ask for more spinach than lettuce. I love the tuna on my salad, and just add red wine vinegar and a tad of olive oil.

Green tea helps me not want to snack sometimes. I eat almonds, cottage cheese, low-fat string cheese, loooove clementines when they are in season.

Two years ago I bought a Groupon for bootcamp. It changed my life. I hate going to gyms and I hate working out at home. If you love being outside, you may want to look into one in your area. I am stronger than Ive ever been and NEVER get bored!!

I'm in! Just got started back myself. I do pretty good on the exercise and daytime eating part. BUT I get home after work and have a very hard time eating well and not drinking my evening wine! I have to cut back on my wine consumption because I know it is just empty calories. I will not give up ALL wine, but need to cut…

I like non breakfast type foods in the morning. This morning I had very thin whole wheat pepperige farm bread with mashed avocado, low sodium turkey, tomatoes, and mustard. Yesterday it was a slice of thin cheese pizza and some grapes.

They are full of sodium( which we are reading more and more about how bad that is for you). I love drinking the cans of sparkling water called LaCroix. Comes in lemon, lime, berry or regular. No calories or sodium!
