Way to go! I get frustrated when I don't see the scale move, too. I try to remind myself that this is the first time I am trying to eat healthy and exercise to lose weight, so I'm not going to see the extreme numbers I have in the past. Keep it up!!

I have the combo DVD with the 1, 2, 3 and 4 mile workout. It also came with the resistance band. I love the workouts. I get bored doing the same thing everyday, so it helps me to add in some variety. I started with MFP in November, after losing about 10 pounds prior to joining. I am almost at my goal for this year (30 pounds), and would like to lose 70 pounds in 2010 to get to my ultimate goal of losing 100 pounds. I know that 70 is a big goal, but I am determined!!
