I really needed to see this today. I'm frustrated with the scale and my weight loss. Two months and lost 10.2 lbs. The scale goes up and down on a daily basis. Thanks for reminding me that the scale is only a small part of the process. You look great. Keep up the good work!

I am in the saame boat as you are. After losing 24 pounds I got really lazy and have put back most of it. I am really wanting to make it a life change and keep at it. Its not easy! Keep working at it every day and you will see progress. Good luck!! You can add me if you like.

I'm worried about the same thing...going to Punta Cana in 4 days! Maybe I'll just go on a "liquid diet" for the week...lol! Guess I will have to pay more attention to what I eat and portion control, which is difficult at buffets....I will try and limit myself to only 1 trip up to the buffet tables.

I'm with you RillSoji...plain and simple..I add brown sugar, honey and a splash of milk. I tried adding PB and had to throw it out..yuck!

I grated the cauliflower in my food processor then steamed it in the microwave, covered (no water added).

It was about 3/4 of a head. I just shredded it all and using the leftover as rice for lunch.

I just finished my workout on my Sole E35 elliptical and absolutely love it! It is so smooth and sturdy...I don't feel like I am going to fall off. Can you listen to music or watch T.V while on it, maybe a small DVD player to watch? Start out real slow...at least you are moving.... then gradually pick up the pace and…

Swimming and using the elliptical. We just bought the Sole elliptical machine and it is so smooth it doesn't bother my knee at all.

Yes it very smooth. I love it! I have a mild problem with my left knee and it doesn't bother it at all.

Thanks...I am almost finished the first cycle of the 17 Day Diet and loving it!! MFP has also really helped make me accountable to what I eat.
