    How big is this pizza?

    It was about 10" round.

    It was about 3/4 of a head. I just shredded it all and using the leftover as rice for lunch.

    Do You steam cauliflower whole first or grate and then steam? Thanks for the recipe very creative!

    I grated the cauliflower in my food processor then steamed it in the microwave, covered (no water added).

    I've made this before, but the crust wasn't crispy. Any ideas on how to crisp it up? Maybe puttingit on the lower rack? Don't have a pizza stone so I don't know if that makes a differents. Thanks.

    I was anxious to try this, so went out and got a cauliflower. It turned out awesome, and my husband even liked it! Thanks for the recipe!
