I had to get back to this thread. I am no longer 215. I am now 250. I went all the way down to 203 in July of 2013 and can't seem to get back down!!! I am so frustrated with myself. I am trying to get motivated for the new year. Has anyone else been through this!

You got it! I may try to do that! I finished Burn Circuit 2 Day 3...I have been doing cardio at the gym and found my self spent this morning.....but I tried to complete the tape.

Ok team...I completed Burn Circuit #1 day 1.....and so it begins.I am only logging in food and not exercise. I was in a group called Eat to Lose and I'm doing the TDEE calorie thing ...and you don't have to log in exercise because it takes it into consideration already. Here is a website that was helpful!…

I am totally new to this as well. I upped my calories and I am doing the ChaLean Extreme workouts. I think youa re going to be fine. Just take it one day at a time. I don't have any training advise because I am just starting myself. I am doing Chalean Extreme. I am sooooo new to this. I would look up modifying your workouts on google or something ......hope it helps…

Anything over 2 pounds a week is considered to rapid. All I have been reading says strength training is the way to go. Good Luck on your journey :)

Yup.....as much as I can remember to. I always want to see 125 day in a row....130 days in a row. I do the best that I can that way its just a habit like putting on deodorant. :)
