1 week in to LCHF. Really impressed! 1.2kg down, realise this is probably early days. However, considering, I've been successfully on MFP for many years and my weight had then gone up in the last few months and then stuck there, I realised I needed some sort of change up to my routine. So far so brilliant! Coupling LCHF…

Thank you and RIP Steve Jobs! The reason why I find MFP so accessible and, therefore, successful!

I have been on here for 9 months. I have exercised and eaten healthily and had slow and consistent weight loss. This is a great tool / support. I find it easy to use. It's free. It works. What else do you need!!! Cheers!!

Just think of me as the older woman with the big smile encouraging everyone and welcoming newcomers!

Try almonds, yoghurt, wholemeal toast with peanut butter.

Just having a look at your food diary, I was wondering if it might help if you included more fresh food and less processed food? The closer to nature we eat, the better we are for it. I have lowered my carbs a liitle too and that seems to help. For example scrambled egg (1 egg only) and no toast, smoothies with banana,…

This is just another reason I celebrate finding and using MFP! they have thought of everything!!

Sugar free chewing gum keeps me going plus water, 10 almonds, cups of tea.

Thanks for the advice folks! Especially got me to look up my ticker. Realised my goal weight back when I started had nearly been reached! So, now, I have reset my goal weight. It's funny and quite lovely to think that, back when I set my original goal, I thought it was probably going to be unachievable...... and now I have…

A new day. A new start. My iPhone ap of MFP gives a breakdown of the nutrients I eat each day. As I looked at it critically last night I noticed that I have consistently eaten slightly more carbs than I am allowed. So, starting today, I am going to fix that!

Great advice! It's taken me 3 months to lose weight that I put on over the last 3 years. I've got more to lose but the habits I am forming using MFP are life changing. It seems to be slow but sure and I have full confidence in this website......my baggy clothes are wonderful proof!

I guess I meant "What's in your trolley when you shop?"

154 cms! Which makes me shorter than you! Aged 54. Menopausal which makes losing weight difficult but, using MFP, not impossible!

Do you have stairs? Up and down a few times will get your heart pumping! Or 1 step that you could do some step-ups on? Go to a local shopping mall and briskly walk around it. Use the stairs at the mall, up and down a few times perhaps? Vacuum the house even?

This looks great! Thank you!
