I was brought up that way. Not just to open the door for a woman. But if you are there first you open the door and hold it for all the others behind you. As a kid if I was seen not opening the door for someone I would get my rear end busted good to remind me to do it right the next time.

Yeah really. I always thought those were supposed to be the "handy" when on the go. How handy is it to stop and measure out half a packet. Glad to help where I can - so add me if you'd like. There are numerous workout videos, training guides, etc. that provide workouts that do not require a gym or having to go outside in a bad neighborhood. They may require dumb bells, resistance bands, etc. but it is possible to get great workouts without a gym.

yeah I hear ya. I never was really brave enough to take a before pic with my shirt off when I close to 300 lbs. Hell to be honest Im reluctant to take a before pic with my shirt off at 190 lbs because I still see that 300 lb guy in the mirror most of the time
