You did not screw up your diet as long as you get back on track tomorrow. Chances are you will gain more water weight then actual fat it's actually pretty hard to gain a pound of fat. You will be fine!!

I know what you mean I feel like I have been having more bad days then good but I have to remember it will be a slow process and at least EVERYDAY isn't a bad day anymore because of tracking! Just stay motivated and remember everyone needs an off day or they might go crazy !!

Sometimes getting back on track can be a rocky road but you can do it ! Just keep in mind that the beginning is only temporary and soon it will just become routine!! I am finally getting back on track it took me awhile but I am working on it.

I do the same thing I tend to binge eat when I am upset as well, but I am so determined to lose weight I have to think mind over matter and plus I have found a strategy when I get hungry after I have already ate dinner or I get bored or upset I drink a glass of almond milk and it fills me up and curves my cravings.
