It was working great until I hurt my knee so I am doing strengthing exercises for my knee and a video with less impact. I hope to be able to start again soon.

I wish, I live in Minnesota and it's warmer than usual it's still nasty out and forecasted rain. I did get to get my work out in though because my husband came home. YAY!!

I am in. I have had the DVD for a little bit now and did a few days but this should be a way to keep motivated.

Thank you for all your support. I got through it and managed to get on my elliptical for 30 minutes and have the motivation for some pilates too. I am feeling much better about m journey now. I will not give up!!

Thanks. :) I decided to decrease my daily calories a bit after reading up on how many calories breastfeeding burns. Since my baby is older and eats regular food I am not producing as much milk which makes the calorie burn lower. We will see how that goes.

I don't know if I need to mention that I am also breastfeeding. That alone burns between 200-600 calories a day.

Oh wow, I haven't taken my vitamins in a long time so that thanks for that tip. I will start taking them again for sure and that should help. I allow myself 1950 calories a day and that satisfies me just fine. My baby is 9 months so he doesn't need as much milk as when he was younger but still nurses pretty often. I was…

I believe you should eat your exercise calories because the allowance they give you on the site is set to lose without excercising even though that is not to keep you from exercising. If you were to exercise and not eat the calories you burned it could possibly make you go below a healthy amount of calories which could be…
