Trying
I have tried twice now to get on my elliptical and my kids just will not let me today. My baby boy comes and sits in front of it or climbs on it so I have to stop. Should you weigh your meat before or after you cook it?

Frustrated
I am just frustrated with myself and exercising. I try everyday to do something but now my knee hurts and my baby has decided he should try to climb on my elliptical while I'm exercising. All the obstacles just make me want to quit. Guess it's a pity party day for me.

Knee pain
I have been having some uncomfortableness in my right knee for a little while but today I had to stop a work out because it's getting more uncomfortable. Anyone else have an issue with this? Do I really need to go to the doctor?

Having a bad day mentally
I am just tired and just don't want to do anything! I don't want to exercise, I don't even want to be awake. LOL I need a big mood booster and the scale certainly didn't give that to me this morning. BLAH......

A mini success

Having trouble eating enough
