My little girls have picked up on my exercising they both decided to try The 30 Day Shred. I think they are better than me at it. lol

    It was working great until I hurt my knee so I am doing strengthing exercises for my knee and a video with less impact. I hope to be able to start again soon.

    I got it at walmart, it was only 10. I've used it maybe 5 times and I can tell my muscles are firming up and I can get through it a little easier then I could on day 1.
