Did it Saturday, lost a total of 4 inches. I read up on it and found that the natural herbs used act as a topical diuretic, basically removing the excess water from your top layers of skin. My biggest revelation? I CAN do 100 jumping jacks! Real ones! I used to do the "modified" one from Cardio Max, but I didn't want to skimp out on this challenge! I may not do them 100 at a time, but I can do 20 at a time, rest for 10 seconds and then 20 more! Woooooohooooo!

Hate Conda too, last season was tough to watch, I ended up skipping the finale, but this season is even worse! Really, choosing people who just leave? They need to cut the couples crap and just go for size and need!

If you are going to weight that often be prepared for the fluctuations, eating back your exercise calories is fuel for your body, won't hurt you a bit. 2.4 lbs could be water retention. I wouldn't sweat it and trying weighing in only once a week or every two weeks. Keep at it and it will come off :)

I meet my water every day, but the challenges are hard, the daily challenges I'm getting in but don't think I'll make the extra burpees. However, this is the most dedicated I've been, so I'm good with that :)

As much as I hate to do it please change my start weight to 225.4 My boss bought a new digital scale and I weighed this morning, it will be the scale I"m using on a regular basis and to check in on.
