  • Me! 5.6" 193! Cannot take it anymore!
  • Ran home from work the other day - good way to commute! Try to do 3.2 each run. Cheers!
  • [img]https://tickers.TickerFactory.com/ezt/t/wu2I393/exercise.png[\img]Gotta get moving! MWF and one weekend day are my goals for running, other days weights and yoga. Ran home from work the other day - good way to get home! Run about 3.2 miles each run.[/img]
  • Hear ya! This happened to me almost exactly a few weeks ago - did not want to buy lunch, brought PBJ ... wah. I feel your pain.
  • New to group - just joined today. Goal is 60 miles for the month of December. Farthest race was a half marathon in 2009. Would love to do another. I try to run before work as I am just too beat after work. Living in Texas and it is finally cooler out - perfect for running! Looking forward to December!
  • Yay! 60 mile goal for December.
  • Goal to lose 43lbs. (I cannot believe it somehow got to 43lbs, but it is). Feel free to add me as well.
  • I have learned to not share things with most people. I feel like people are ready to pounce on whatever it is - you say you got a good deal on something, they point out how you could have gotten a better deal ... If i am now happy about something - and i want to remain that way - I keep it to me and a few others. I think I…
  • I didn't think I hated it, but I've been having such a hard time getting back into it (um, like a year or more it seems since I exercised consistently aside from walking from the train to work). I guess I have not found the thing that clicked yet - it used to be running, but now I just come up with excuses - it is too hot,…
  • Feel free to add me. I was a huge fan of WW Momentum Plan, but not so much the Points Plus. I do count calories etc on here, but the old WW in me still puts the old points values in as well as a note. We'll see what works the best for me!
  • Just did the same for a few months on a cross country trip and then an ending in TX where we were in hotel. I will say that it is a little more expensive then if you were able to cook, but go find those nice grocery stores that have salad bars and nicely made flank steak, chicken, salmon etc in their prepared dept. It does…
  • I have been thinking of going low-carb for the past few weeks and decided to do it. Please feel free to add me, I would love ideas for low carb meals and snacks. I did Atkins years ago - is everyone going that low?
  • I feel like I understand what you are saying. For me, it is not about avoiding buying trigger foods, it is about the binge. I can binge on toast - grapes even, followed by a banana, by a grapefruit, by some frozen corn, by some more toast, croutons, whatever there is - and if I have nothing in the house, I will go buy…
  • i was at a friend's house and i didn't even notice they had a scale! i am happy about that - it must not be on my mind as much as i thought it was - or as much as it used to be. i think i will still wait till the end of june before i weigh again.
  • I just moved and my scale is still packed in storage. Before I moved, I would weigh myself every time I went into the bathroom where the scale was located. Every time. It was mentally exhausting as it would completely change my mood because I was not seeing the number I wanted. When I was at the weight I wanted (40lbs…
  • I am 5'6" and 2 years ago I was 135 - 140lbs and every day I was in amazed at how my clothes fit and how I felt - even with no clothes. I think 125 is the lowest recommendation for my height, but I think that I might actually look older if I were 125 - might make my face look older.
  • I need a motivation pal as well! I am starting again, I was very successful on the WW old points system for years but then I lost my way on it, I guess. And then 5lbs turned to 10lbs etc etc etc and here I am back at the beginning. It goes on too quickly! I am going to try and use this forum to track and for accountability…
