I have two more weeks in the strength program I'm doing. I will have to find another one if I end up doing that. I've heard it's good to keep your body "guessing" so it's not becoming accustomed to what you are doing and plateau?? I'm still learning all this so I'm searching for advice/suggestions. Haha I'm not sure what…

I have been cutting since beginning of February. However I have had a lot of days where I have eaten at tdee too, lol. Here is my plan of attack. Please give me feedback. I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not! Continue at cut til april 9. Week of April 10th eat at tdee. Following week cut, week of April 23rd eat at tdee.…

I don't want to take away from the OP, however you mentioned night sweats. I don't have night sweats but I've been having some awful hot flashes every once in a while. (Not premenopausal or anything) @heybales - is this a sign of increased metabolism?? I find that interesting you mentioned her night sweats that that could…

I completely know how you feel!!! Been there done that...I was so frustrated with EVERYTHING: counting calories, stressing about increasing calories every two weeks, wondering if I'll really find my tdee, gaining weight (fat or water weight), clothes not fitting, self esteem going down the crapper, weighing food, stressing…

That sounds awesome! Good for you. I also believe EVERYTHING happens for a reason :-)

That's one goal I need to get better in and tighten up in is the macros

Curious too.

Good to hear. Most of its mental I feel, so that's good you're in the right mindset!

How are doing since all of this?
-
I log everything but at the end of the day I don't click the button to complete my diary. I hate seeing how much I could weigh and never do anyway. It's playing with my mind, lol
-
Gotcha. I read too quickly, sorry. Try increasing by 100-200 to see if you feel better and are still seeing results. You will need to try it for at least two weeks to give you enough time to see/note any changes.

I would say it is from the decrease. Your body was used to the fuel you were giving it. When I decrease I get all wacky: tired, moody, irritable, headaches etc. what made you decrease? (Maybe I missed that part)

I recently decided this needed to be a goal of mine, drinking more water. I drink a bottle of water every two hours, which gets me at drinking 12 c water daily. Doing it that way seems to help keep me on track and it's easy. Some days it keeps me full longer. I'm constantly in the bathroom!! LOL I have noticed my "dizzy"…

Haha.
