Once a day but twice when I work out. The summer time is a whole different story. Two a day minimum if I'm active.

I think its an over kill if your doing the P90x workout correctly. Also, I cant see having the time for both unless you don't have children. I am not a fan of Dads who dedicate more time to their body than their family. Just my 2 cents.

I don't think it matters due to the starvation mode you place yourself in. I workout at night (P90X) and I take my protein shake right after I'm done. That shake probably has 400+ calories in it (including fresh fruit) and I still lose weight. Like everyone else stated, stay within your intake.

I have the same problem so I take ISOPURE. It's cost more than the cheaper ones but it doesn't mess with my stomach. GNC usually has the 3lb for $44. I now use their version of ISOPURE for cost reason and it doesn't irritate me as much as the protiens, those tend to really hurt me. I hope that helps!

I'm Puerto Rican so I grew up on white rice & beans salty to the t! My wife makes the brown rice as if she was cooking it the Latin way. Instead of water she uses low sodium chicken broth which makes a huge difference. No salt due to the broth.
