No, but it is maddening that Hollywood and the rich are taking Ozempic out of the hands of those who need it most.

Following this thread. One aspect of it that I'd like to learn more about is the impact of this drug on appetite, and if that is a part of why it seems to work. Thank you for posting!

Just finished Cell by Stephen King.

More for damage control. One strategy is to set weight goal to maintain over the weekend.

The easiest route is just to avoid saying anyone should eat a certain way, unless you're recommending good food. Rarely do such comments lead to a positive outcome.
-
Sometimes unlimited options aren't as effective as hearing actual recommendations.

Feel free to add me. I’ve been here for a while but recently got “back on track”.

Slow and steady. Use the calorie features as even a small calorie deficit is helpful

Remember, slow and steady wins the race!

Maybe a 3-5 minute walk is a good starting point. Then, gradually increase it depending on how you feel. Depending on how limited your mobility is, you can adjust. Small steps to start with. This might seem corny or funny, but no-joke, Richard Simmons made a video for people with limited mobility:…

Congrats on the weight loss!
-
I gained a bunch of weight back - it happens! Take it one meal at a time, one day at a time.

The weight loss process isn’t always linear; oddly, you could do everything by the book for a few weeks with no scale movement, then boom, one day you show a loss of a few pounds. Questions to consider: -Do you eat back calories from exercise? If yes, miscalculation of calories burned could be an issue -Do you “eyeball”…

Have you had any physical therapy? Keeping your core strengthened and legs stretched may help. There are back friendly core exercises out there. I had back pain for four years and eventually had surgery.

It can be a long process of trial and error. Some meds are better tolerated then others, depending on the individual and dosing.

Is this an onlyfans related scheme?

Another one - I judge anti-vaxers harshly.

There is humor to be found in both conflict and day to day situations. The OP has a point; practically everyone, in their day to day lives, encounters a situation where they "judge" someone. The word judge could be overkill in this context, depending on the observation/situation. Is it always rational? Of course not. Fair?…

I judge people that do not wash their hands adequately after taking a #2.
