Gaining back weight

Hey everyone
So I tried intermittent fasting diet and I lost about 20pounds and I stopped it . But now I started gaining weight after I stopped and I don’t know what to do btw I am still eating healthy and stopped eating junk food and I exercise daily
Pls any information can be useful.

Weight loss is caused by being in a calorie deficit. If you are gaining weight you're no longer in a calorie deficit.
Are you using a food scale and weighing everything that you eat?3 -
Define "gaining weight".
--my scale is up a lb or two since last week
--my scale has been going up a lb or two every week for the past 6 weeks

Slow and steady. Use the calorie features as even a small calorie deficit is helpful0
