But some weights on the scale, don't ever use a scale on a carpeted surface you will never get an accurate reading. You could even put an unopened bag of sugar on it , if you don't lift weights.

The doctor usually call you up and discuss the results with you and make an appointment then and there for you they can do it on their system.. You can also go on the patient emisaccess website and look at appointments available and make your own.

Get a food scale and start logging until you know your calories being eaten, you can't say how much you're eating. You need to log when you don't feel like it or can't be bothered to do so good luck with your journey

You have ages to lose a stone(14lbs) I would set myself to lose 1lbs a week, you are more likely to stick to it till may than if you are eating 1200 and feeling deprive.

I was netting between 1230-1600 calories a day doing hard excerise for 2-2.5 hrs a day. Getting to 159.99 then 154 I need to see the scale go under 11stone currently 11stone 7lbs been that way since June 22 got down to 160.8 lbs last Monday promptly went back up to my current weight of 161.6 last Tuesday. Sheesh at my wits end want to throw in the towel if I'm being honest with myself.
