So i went for my massage it wasn't dissapointing but it wasn't fantastic either. She was very gentle which was relaxing but I like my massages a little on the rough side (so they can really get into the muscle tissue). I dont like to be told how to do my job so I didn't want to make her feel uncomfortable by saying can you…

I am 77.3 kg (170.4 pounds) currently 17 weeks 5 days. I have found a couple of sites that estimate healthy projected weight gain (based on your height and weight before conception). I found one site which was quite good as it listed minimum, average and maximum weight gain every two weeks. According to the table I should…

If i'm hungry i would eat something really small before hand like an apple or a handful of nuts or something. That way I can go harder in my work out. If I dont i get really tired.

Home cooked healthy muffins. Apple and Cinamon, blueberry or banana chop chip are my fav but there are so many flavours. You can cut the calories down alot these day with substitutions

Yummo I am definitly going to bake these and take them away with me when I travel

Results this week: weight loss of 500grams and a body fats % loss of 1%. I am happy with these results (stoaked actually considering I had a bad 3rd day, my nieces 5th birthday and a big family roast on sunday) : )

I haven't purposely gone out and brought a smaller size in jeans/pants but when I needed to get some more and it was a toss up between a size that was a little tight and one which was slightly lose I went with the tighter ones in the hope it would give me some encouragement. Now they fit perfectly : )

I have the worst build for running. I am very slow (I run 10km/hr on a treadmil but I think I race at 9 km/hr) I have short stumpy legs and flat feet. I get really tight calves and have issues with my ham strings. I have however managed to run a half marathon, two 10kms and a triathlon this year. I don't particularly like…

I share similar opinions to others in saying I like you best in pic three. I do however accept that all people having body "issues" so to you you may have felt best in the middle pic. If you have a health BMI I would suggest focusing on healthy lifestyle as opposed to weight i.e. exercising regularly, eating good…

I do like a good step workout. Did some stair work today for 1/2 hour and my quads were burning. In the shower and my legs were shaking. Gotta love that pain.

I brought P90X a couple of months ago. I did it for 2 weeks straight and had fantastic results. Unfortunately it got abit to much with doing the workouts and walking to and from work and going to a couple of sporting practices every week. I still exercise everyday and just throw in a P90x workout every now and then to mix…
