I think it helps me keep my mind off things. And I know if I exercise I will feel better about myself. Definitely works better than eating a bag of Oreo cookies or a gallon of ice cream lol

Yes it's normal. I read an article on why we gain weight. Very informative. I'll try to find it again. It explains a lot. I just don't weigh myself 2 weeks prior or during. I figured a couple days after is a good time to weigh. Not 2 weeks before or during. You can still step on the scale but don't log your weight.

I'm starting too. Walking 2 miles a day. I figured out why that week was a bad week. Usually don't have cravings for burger king just was convenient and it was a ham egg and cheese crossiant! ;) this week was much better..

What if you made smaller goals? Like a week without it? My crutch is coffee with sugar. I don't drink enless I'm at my sis in laws house. You can do it!!

You might not need more friends, but I'm 42 have 4 kids 6-18 and a hubby. Trying to find time for me and not neglect anything else is difficult. Elle

I won't pay for it but had the same question. If you wanted a calorie goal per meal wouldn't you just divide how many times you eat a day by your calorie goal?? I saw that was one of the benefits..~Ellen
