Healthy banana pancakes!

1/3 cup ground g free Oats
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp raw honey
1 egg
1/2 tsp coconut oil (I used e.v. Olive oil and a splash of coconut milk)
1/2 smashed banana

Turn on iron skillet to med heat with olive oil
Mix all dry Ingredients in one bowl
Mix all wet in another bowl
Combine wet to dry stir

Makes 4- 6 very small pancakes!
