You're one of those people that think anyone that enjoys lifting weights intensely and thinks they become a musclehead aggressive freak. Keep being ignorant, it makes me work harder to look better than 99% of the world.

It's easy to find a load of recipes online to make your own cheap protein bars, that are just as good as store bought (and you know EXACTLY what is going into them)

You get pretty bad blisters in them for the first while, but they are designed to help you run like humans were meant to. (toe-heel, not heel-toe). Personally would recommend nike free's though.

Much respect and motivation goes out to you. I volunteered at my school program for children with special needs, and what a joy they are too be around. With that being said, it can also be stressful on yourself. Maybe find some recreational exercise activities that the two of you could do together to make it a little…

If anyone here is seriously considering dedicating to olympic lifting (and yes it is a lot of dedication) here is some motivation. This is who I look up to. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-KggMXR4B3A

I'm sure you all saw how big Steve (owner of the iron sports gym) is right now haha. He's definitely not an "athlete in training". But if a gym is snobby enough to turn down a potential customer, I would say they are worse off than planet fitness. On a personal note, I hit a PR of 165lb snatch today.

Untrue. I have very long legs for being 6'1 and have developed my squat to go ATG on my highbar, front and overhead squats. Just make sure you stretch like a son of a gun.

I commend you on being able to handle whey and water. Makes me gag. It always has to be milk.

As if they don't allow oly lifts. I work out at my uni gym, and they're usually pretty lax unless you're being a d-bag. I heard planet fitness doesn't even allow deadlifts anymore

Feel free to send a message down the road. Given more time, I'm pretty good and whipping up awesome meals that will fit into your macros.

I feel as though he was speaking about the lack of DOMS after he works is core. Like any muscle group, training them will improve results, but it is dependent on bf%.

Start powerlifting, I feel as though you could be a beast.

All multi-v's are the same to an extent. The cheaper the better. One a day will do just fine. All the more expensive ones are gimmicks.

Add weight. Weighted crunches, decline weighed crunches, etc. Try some new exercises like ab windmills, or planking for long periods of time.

Some breakfast options: Greek yogurt with granola (high in protein, small amount of carbs from granola), traditional oatmeal with some brown sugar and cinnamon, or mixed berries, protein pancakes or waffles (search online for an easy recipe) Lunch: Make a salad with any veggies, nuts or berries you're into, add in a…

I am aware if the disorder, and the side effects. I'm also not attempting to bash you in any way shape or form. Just remember hard work pays of and excuses die out.

Is there a specific reason for such a high carb intake if you're cutting?
-
Unless I am literally unable to move, there should be no excuse to not exercise. A few days of minor irritation will pay off down the road.
