Any updates on the three day diet? I think it's awesome...and I added all the cals per day and it's like 1200...so it's not as horrible as people think

Thank you lizzyb! I'm just looking for info...and I have a trainer who helps me out with the nutrition piece of everything I should eat. Protein shakes I know provide a lot of good nutrients and it's helped me a ton so far. I just wanted info about how much comes in the order.

hey! i just started last week monday and love the program! my heart rate monitor took a turn for the worse though so i have no idea how much i'm burning. my trainer says this work out will definitely make me lose, but i think i'm only burning 300-400 cals :( Should I be doing another workout each day as well? plus i HAVE…

YES! none of my friends are dedicated to the weight loss goal kinda stuff, so it's awesome that there is support and motivation on here! I have a skirt I'm trying to fit in by Christmas/New Years, so I'm TOTally in. It will be tough, so the support will be awesome.

and another thing I tend to do is cut out all "unhealthy" foods completely, which could also be contributing to the binges maybe? Right now, I am trying to stay under 1200-1500 cals a day

Thanks for your responses! Well, I have noticed that it is very much stress driven. So I suppose it's good that I at least know that. I just don't like that I am sabotaging my work at the gym by eating crappy.
