There is a large body of material that a few days of low calorie count does not harm your goals. It's like the new articles about the " always eat breakfast" mantra. Making your body run while in the negative of calories forces it to take it from fat reserves. And I don't know about you, but I have plenty of that.

fish tacos, just cut up fish in 1/2 inch cubes, season with salt, chili powder, granulated garlic, granulated onion, spray frying pan, cook quick on med high. Serve with chopped cabbage, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, not fat yogurt, and salsa, add corn tortillas if you want or just keep it as a salad for really low calories

meant to say is overcooking not if overcooking. Bad typist but good cook. Freezing cooked food is just like cooking it more. Chicken breast cooks so QUICK that it really doesn't make sense to cook a week ahead. Just slice it thin, season, spray a pan, grill quick.

As far as I am concerned walking is boring and doesn't burn enough calories to make it worth while. Swimming is more fun, doesn't hurt and burns more per hour unless your power walking. And you do not have to be a good swimmer in a pool to get the benefit. You can just tread water briskly, (look on youtube). At 250 lbs…

You're 24, yours will do better (much) than, say, you wait until your 54 to lose the weight. Youth is on your side, listen to what these people say, lose slowly, eat healthy, exercise, you'll be surprised at how good you look and feel. Your very pretty, you have everything to gain and nothing to lose.

paleo people were hunter gatherers and if they came across a taco bell they would have eaten there. What ever was available. And that included wild grains.

I won't repeat what I said before, but add, I've been on thyroid meds for decades. It took more one Dr. and changes in the prescriptions to get the levels into a somewhat normal range. And the weight you are affects how much meds you need.

I hate to say that something is impossible to believe, but I also know that it is extremely easy to not count every calorie you consume. It's way harder to be accurate than not. Stay home, don't go to the gym... Drink lots of fluid, very light broth soups, etc. Don't worry, just count calories right now and stay at your daily requirement.
