I am like that a lot! I see changes in my body. I am almost ALWAYS eating the amount I should be. I don't eat the healthiest foods but I am always eating at a deficit. I do notice I lose more when I am lifting. I use to go to the gym but stopped so I do my workouts at home. I just have to figure out a lifting routine that works for me.

I will consider trying this! SInce I workout for so long I tend to get bored so I find things to do while on the elliptical Like listening to music or reading and sometimes forget where I am at.

I have never got iced coffee from Mcdonalds but what I just made was seriously better in my opinion then what I was getting. It's kinda hard to compare though since I was getting the cookie dough Iced coffee and this is peppermint.

This doesn't really relate to the no family support. I did notice you post something about not knowing the wings were 500 calories. It is very helpful to do your research before hand. Most restaurants have their nutritional facts online. I always read those and decide what I am going to order ahead of time.

When your at 1200 calories a day...it is difficult..to fit in 2 tablespoons I don't try to replace everything with walden farms. I have don e my research and i appreciate everyone helpful input! :]

Thanks for all the replies... I don't think it's cuz i was dehydrated because I have always been a fan of water but the metabolism makes sense...I use to skip a lot of meals. Recently decided to eat all my meals even though I keep it at 1200 cals a day. It has help me lose weight a lot easier

@KrazyAsianNic that particular day that my friend asked me I had worked out. It's not only after workouts though. I get so hot at night now to I sleep with my fan right on my bed because it gets that bad.

I'm a freshman and I have found in pretty easy to loose weight. At my University they have a gym free for students I go there about 5 times a weeks and there is always healthy choices in our cafes. Most of it is fattening but I was able to find the salad bar or wraps.
