20 miles!

Normally straight after work, as I have a lovely lake to run around at my work, so it would be a waste not use it! I'm not a morning person so not in the mornings!

This. This a thousand times. There will always be exceptions to this, but by and large, this is the default for most people. Whenever I see runners, I tend to think of one of three things: 1). Good on them. 2). I need to do my run today. 3). Damn I wish I could run as well/fast/smooth/easy-looking as them.

Amazing! Fantastic effort, good on you! Feel free to add me, I certainly know I could use such a positive influence on my feed!
-
An absolute inspiration!

The trick I find is to sometimes give into the temptations and have a cheat meal/day. Keeps you sane. Though the trick is then to make sure you do actually 'get back on the horse' as it were.

My short term is another 3kg in the next month. Then 5 more kg in the two months after that. Feeling fairly confident!

When I eat badly, say for example pizza and beer, anywhere upto like 1.5kg.

Yo-yo'ing. Now there's something I can relate to. Add me up y'all!
-
I tend to eat them back, but having read all of the above I think I will stick to only 25-50%!

They say talking to yourself is the first sign of madness! Haha, hello!

Reppin' East Anglia. Add me up!

My most recent weight loss is because I piled on like 4kg over the Christmas period, and that was the kick up the *kitten* that I needed to get me back on track. It's going really well! Before that, it was definitely the mirror showing me something I didn't like!

Reppin' East Anglia. Feel free to add me!

Add me up, I post almost every day!
-
Sounds about right!
-
Strangely enough, this time around, eating clean(er)!
-
Good to hear! Keep it up!

Maybe reduce your fruit and veg intake so you feel like eating more calorific foods, as these are absolutely vital. Nuts and lean meats as identified above are a good choice!
-
Greetings all! I'm active every day and post most days, sharing my successes and asking after yours! Add me if you wish!

Wise words of experience there. I hoping this phase of weight loss is the one that sticks.
-
I used to be on a 16 mile round trip commute. Happily I'm now on 4, but I still feel you!
-
Come one, come all! I post almost everyday, and log daily!

Add me all you wonderful people. I post most days and log every day.

Cyclists unite! 1.5 twice a day for work, and I'm integrating longer rides at the weekend back in. Here I come 100 miles in May!!

Weight can be deceptive in terms of progress. For example, if you don't have too much to lose, and exercise a lot, especially weight training, you may even gain a little bit of weight. Use other measurements as well, such as measuring your body.

Ad me guys. Always helps to have friends and accountability!
