I walk at a fast pace, it's not like a casual stroll or anything! :) ETA: But I usually only have to do that once or twice a week. Most of the time I get a ride so I don't have to walk to work.

Ah good to know! I chose 1 - 3 hours of light exercise a week and it came up with 1630 calories so I think that's what I'll do for a month to see how it goes. :)

I work 35 - 40 hours a week, usually 5 - 6 days a week. When I'm not working I will do some housework, maybe 25 minutes worth of this and that, depending on the day, but I do spend a lot of time resting when I'm not working. I have not. I really don't like soup. I'm going to say the serving of lunch meat I ate yesterday was probably about 1,000 mg of sodium.

Ah no, I didn't have anything like popsicles for my sore throat. I couldn't eat anything, not even cold things. I eat lots of chicken, salads, fruits, eggs, nuts, things like that. And yeah, I think it may be close to that TOM but I'm not too sure.

I'm exercising. I do weights 2 - 3x a week.

I'm not sure how else to get healthy fats. I can't afford to by healthy oils or things like that. And I can't ask my Mom to buy it either.

I eat a little different from time to time, but this diet is just what works for me so long as it's healthy. I usually always hit the right protein amounts and get more than enough fiber. Thank you. :)
