I did terrible this week!!! I weigh Monday mornings and I am up 3 lbs from last week!! Yikes! Between Halloween and the weekend eating out trips!! Oh no! Weigh in today: 152 Motivated to get back on track!

Weighed in at 150 on Monday.... I just joined the group officially on Monday and am just getting this in. This motivation is just what I need not to overindulge at Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. What a great gift it will be to myself when I am down to goal (140) by my Birthday month, January!! I'm in! I need something to motivate me. I have 10 to goal and it would be super to be at goal weight by Christmas. That mfeans I would be at goal before my Birthday on January 7th. That would be wonderful! Let's do this!!

I wanna be at goal weight by Christmas..... that's 140..... I have been staying at between 150 and 152 for a couple of months now. It's the last 10-12 lbs that I have kind of quit being diligent to loose. I have more been in a "don't gain" mode. If I can stay motivated through the holidays to loose and not just maintain…

"Don't look as this as a 'diet' but a lifestyle change." I agree with this! DIET is a four letter word and they do not work!!! I have been telling people all along that have asked me that I have been making a Lifestyle Change! It feels great and is more permanent! Best of Luck!!

I weigh 151 right now...... in a size 8 shorts/pants and medium shirt! :smile: A far cry from the size 18 pants (that fit tight) and XL shirts that I was in!

I am not sure yet but it's gonna have to be something quick....... my son has a tournament baseball game tonight at 7:00! Go Red Sox! Maybe just some sandwiches at the house. :smile:

I hope it helps to hear those on here that have used encouraging words. I will add mine....... GOOD ON YOU!! You have worked very hard to get where you are... that is obvious! Don't give up! As they say......haters gonna hate! None of it is easy..... but it will all be worth it!! :smile:

I'd have to say..... Cheeseburger w/ extra veggies and mustard (home grilled by my hubby) Grilled Chicken Market Salad from Chick-fil-a w/ Berry Balsamic Dressing and all the toppings Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream (Blue Bell) :smile:
