I'm at 17 miles. Getting kinda antsy that I won't finish because it's halfway through the month and I have a bad blister

Ran but shouldnt of done as my body wasnt feeling good, after about 1.5miles I pulled/strained my calf, I carried on to try and ease it but I probably shouldn't of.

I only have 20 Miles completed, but I'm definitely proud of that number and looking forward to the next few weeks.0

I am so glad someone started this thread! As of Saturday, am have 75 miles in this month so far and I have lost almost 20 pounds. The mileage is how you make up for mistakes you make; if u give into temptation. Hot fudge sundae costs 7.5 miles, that kind of idea.0

Well, I just joined myfitnesspal.com over the weekend. I like the idea of the walking challenges, and I hope you have something like this every month! But, hmm, can I do 50 miles between now and the end of the month? That's 13 days, so it would be 3-4 miles of walking per day. It's certainly doable, especially since I'm vacation the next two weeks! I'm going to give it a try - 2 miles in the morning and 2 in the afternoons!!

Well, realized late last week that there was a map my walk app, downloaded it and was pleasantly surprised that i have been walking a little farther each walk than I thought. Now I will be able to log miles more accurately. Hope you all have a great day!
