Saturday August 10th
-in the afternoon, strolled for 1 hour and 48 minutes outside at a car show on the beach (logged 1 hour & 40 minutes, 8 minutes less than my watch as I stopped a lot to take photos) (walked 1.6 miles)
-in the evening, went for a walk along the beach with my parents (walked 1.63 miles)
Sunday August 11th
-after church, drove with my parents to the beach to take photos of the sandcastles that were made for a competition then told my parents I would walk back to the trailer to get in some extra exercise
-walked 1.02 miles & really pushed myself as I have never logged an average of 3.7 mph for an outdoor walk before (another accomplishment so very happy about that)
-once I got back to the trailer, I changed then walked 1.62 miles with my parents

Midle of the month joiner here! This is great motivation!
I use a runtastic widget on my phone that keeps track of my miles for the month, so far I'm at 12.77mi. I'm gettin ready to go out and do another 3, hopefully 4, today!0 -
I just finished up 3.24mi which puts me at 16.01 for the month so far.0
