personally im a huge fan of the oat :tongue: so i like blueberry or strawberry oatmeal and fruit for breakfast.

i work 3pm to 12 am some nights and i bring a pb & j sandwich with minute maid light lemonaid.

i cant resist going to del taco. i go like twice a week.

Just curious. I live in californias high desert so i have to get up around 6am if i want to run or 7pm cause its so hot.

hey i just went on a cruise like last month...i think i probably gained 10lbs eating all the good food. Much to tempting for me.

i did it once for a few months and lost about 15 lbs. but then i got sick of the same flavors all the time.
