Way off topic and has nothing to do with anything but I LOVE GERMAN!! ITS THE BEST LANGUAGE EVER!!! Theres a man here now whos German and is talking on the payphone here in the lobby :heart: :love: :heart: Man I love this language!! :bigsmile:

    I wish I did German at school. :explode: All the girls who do it LOVE it. I'm taking up Spanish next year but I REALLY want to do German sometime.

    I speak Italian and sort of understand Spanish....but I like the sound of German...and French....basically all languages rock....and so do accents....um ya like languages here!:bigsmile: :laugh:

    I can only speak english and french .... I can count to 10 in german and call someone "my little pants shizzniter" <--- thats not german lol, but i dont think that means i speak german:blushing: It is a pretty language though,

    Gross Gott! Ich bin auch mude. Ich glaube das ich ein bichen krank bin. Es tut mir leit. Ich bin vier jahre bei der US Armee in Augsburg stationert. Aber es ist zehn jahre so mein deutsch sucks! Je ne parle pas france. 'Scuse.

    Ich liebe es auch! Ich lebte in Bad Kreuznach seit 6 Jahren. Das war 10 Jahre her. Mein Sohn war dort geboren. Ich muss es mehr üben!!

    Thank you for reminding me of one of the songs I leaned as a child. I still speak , read and write german and even tought some at the Berlitz school of languages. My family is still in germany and I'm going to see them in April of next year. I also talk to my mom every friday to keep up with what's going on and to keep myself fluent. Anybody want's to brush up... call me:bigsmile:

    forgot to add my reply:ohwell: I visited family in Germany in May for two weeks and had a fabulous time. Mom is German and I'm an Army brat and was born in Germany. I lost weight in Germany even though I ate and drank everything. Did lots and lots of walking-no TV, no phone, no computer. I think no stress helped the weight loss. I would love to go back again!:happy:

    I took German in school for 7 years, and I could never get past the way it always sounds like someone coughing up phlem when they talk :laugh:
