I take a jog/run in the morning at 6. Its convenient. Come home, relax, watch news, take a shower after half an hour or so. FRESH for the day.
In the evening, I come back, do some exercise at 6:30 or so. take a quick shower again and revitalize to work around house, cook n eat before 8:30

I prefer to run early mornings.
Sadly, days are getting shorter which mean I'll be getting at 4:30am to run at the gym on a treadmill. :grumble: I'm going to miss hitting the pavement and smelling the fresh air.

I take a short walk at 5:00 am then get ready for work and get home a 6:00 pm. I do my TaeBo workout from 7-8 and then take a 40 minute walk with my dog and then go to bed....YUP, that's pretty much my life...workout, work, workout, sleep over and over and over again...

Almost always early in the AM (4:45 or 5AM start). I did one trail run last week around 7PM, but I just prefer the early mornings! It's nice and cool and no one is out!

I live in the Phoenix area and the only time to run is 5am or 8pm if I go outside, so unfortunately I am inside on the dreadmill at 8, after the kids go to bed.

The reward is while everyone else is snowed in we get to go out and ride bikes and run anytime of day!

I am way too lazy to wake up early to exercise. I go to the gym after work at about 5pm, go home have dinner, and run at about 9-10pm.
