I would just do whatever works to you, sometimes I find it easier to just do 3 big ones though in case you have to eat out or something, and when I eat small meals can turn into big ones fast

I run a lot better on an empty stomach but sometimes when I do I come home feeling like I should eat everything

polar ft4 or ft7 i find it sooo accurate and love mine. You do have to wear a band, and make sure you disconnect the band from the monitor piece or you will kill your battery with in a few weeks. I learned this the hard way haha.

I weight lift 3x a week and I'm a long distance runner so i get the exercise in do great and than eat whole batches of cookies :/ but I'll go check that out right now thanks!

No correction i mean those are my nets on good days which are once in awhile but other than that I range from 4000 up a few days in a row have one good daay then bing good day binge....

I personally enjoy pandora dubstep station, the calvin harris album (18 months), any hip hop music, I can't stop by flux pavillion is one of my favorites :)

Goals are to gain muscle and strength, i split them up because i can do the low rep at home but my mom is taking me to a fitness club later and I'm going swimming but I still wanna take advantage of the gym they have there too :)
