I'm an artist and a photographer. I think my stuff is better than everyone else and those that don't like it, just don't understand it.

Lunges, pushups, run stairs. There are so many variations to lunges and pushups that you can get in a good workout where ever you live. :)

When I finish my diet and exercise journal for the day. There's just something that clicks in my brain when I click the complete button that makes my food for the day feel finished. Also, drink more water, especially when you feel hungry.
