This is not a big difference. Might be fluctuation of water also. Idea time to weight is early in morning when you wake up. Have you weighted on same time ?

I was having bad eating practice and I realized till I was overweight by 20 Kg. and immediately I started exercise and limited the foods. I lost 9 Kg. in 2.5 Month and want to reduce another 9-10 Kg...want to more focus on waist..and belly...

thanks. since last three months, I am sure i am not overeating. I am keeping a close track and FYI I am keeping my intake in range of 1200-1300 cal and trying to avoid all oily food stuff. I am not in hurry but want my stomach as flat as possible..

Ideal time for weighing is early morning before any food. In day time because of water fluctuation you may misguided !

take advise from fitness trainer because I understand that it may create problem to your back if y have not followed properly...

Feel free to add me. I started with walking and since last one month I increased my intensity up to 5 Mil/Hy.. for 45-60 min in garden.

its possible. each individual's body reacts differently. Their are numbers of factor. In short I can say we have to monitor how your body reactors.
