My name is Melissa. I'm 5' 7" tall. I started my weight loss journey at 309 pounds. Today I weigh 187.2 pounds. I've lost 121.8 pounds so far! I never really saw how much I changed until I went to the store today to finally get some clothes that fit me well. The "during" photo really helps me see how successful I have been.
Right now my goal weight is 160 pounds. I've come a long way & i'm very close to the finish line!!! :happy:
