I very much agree with you, whatever your goal is, motivation can only come from yourself. Ask yourself everytime you want to skip your workout, how effing bad do you want it?

I usually take a can of energy drink 250ml serve. But I'm thinking to switch to Razor8 Blast as it's cheaper per serve and contains more caffeine

I think women who use free weights are cool, even more when they know how to do it correctly like squat for example, most of the guys I see at my gym only do half squat
-
I found a website that sell nike romaleos 2 and some do wins but I'm not sure about the sizing since my chuck taylors is size 8 and my running shoes is 8.5, so I would prefer to go to a shop and try it.

In my opinion they find it boring because they haven't seen any strength improvement (lifting the same weight all the time) and doing too much isolation exercise. When your program consists of all compound exercises, you'll get more exhausted than doing cardio

The milk that I put in my coffee since I only put 20-30 ml and it's skim milk which only has 86 calories per 250ml and non starchy vegetables

Try to explain that to my housemate, she had gone through raw food diet, juicing, blood type diet. Now she's eating the diet set by her personal trainer, no wheat, no dairy, no carb after 7pm etc. She would buy anything that says 100% natural or organic or detox. After 3 years living together, her body didn't change at…

Thanks for the detailed input, really appreciated. I was using the foam pad actually, and about the shoes what would you recommend? Seems like everyone who is into deadlift and squat would recommend converse chuck taylor's, what about those Nike Free that is supposed to simulate barefoot running?
-
thanks for the advice, will try that next time. I rocked slightly because it was my 4th set. Any other input from other members?

that's amazing, congratulations!

I take Swisse Ultivite multivitamin, vitamin D, zinc, fish oil, ON whey protein, creatine monohydrate, I don't have Vit D deficiency but I read about this article http://www.menshealth.com/weight-loss/burn-fat-fast and decided to give it a go, I take about 2000 IU everyday and the tolerable upper intake is 4000 IU so…

I wake up at 6.30 and workout (weight training) around 7, all I have is a can of energy drink (need those caffeine early in the morning) , protein shake and breakfast after workout before going to work. I don't take BCAA and I still grow muscle when I eat surplus

I joined a gym december last year and I was 75kg, now I'm 76kg but my waist are getting smaller and I can see more definition and bigger muscle. Trying to lose another 3kg to see abs hopefully.
-
it doesn't matter, I only have time to eat 3 times a day and if I'm cutting it would 3 x 600 cal ish and if I'm bulking I would eat around 3 x 900 cal a day and I still see results
-
I'm not sure either whether that is relevant or not, I'm an endomorph
-
I'm not talking about losing fat in that area, just the strength gain, seems faster for my lower body than my upper body
-
It's impossible to get ripped in 30 days unless you only have that last 3-4 kg to lose. It's a long journey
-
14,9% wow you are lean! I got a salter body analysis scale from catch of the day today and my bf is 19.4% :( long way to go
-
I was bulking up for 6 weeks prior to 2 weeks of cutting and gained about 2kg. I didn't eat back my calories since I don't know how many calories I'm burning during weight training and as for the cardio I normally burn about 360 calories only and it was on sunday when I have my day off so I figure on that day my…

Power rack because that's where I do 90% of my exercise, assisted pull up/chin up and dips machine.
-
I don't think so, I know somebody who doesn't drink any alcohol and he has a belly of a pregnant woman
-
I think if you just driving to work or to the shops, the calories burned is insignificant, unless you are driving in formula one where you got pounded by G forces for 1 hour
-
I've never seen any girl doing deadlift in my gym, even rarely see any guys doing it. You are doing great!
-
Why do we have this kind of question every 2 days?
-
It's the intensity, ever since I switched from 3x10 to 5x5 squat, my quad and my bum sore the next 2 days

and no chocolate too, because apparently the average chocolate bar has 8 insect legs in it
