What supplements do you use?

I just started using muscle milk as a "meal replacer" (breakfast...but I never usually eat breakfast, so it's not so much a replacement).
I also take fish oil and iron supplements in the morning.
Does anyone have anything they swear by?

I take Swisse Ultivite multivitamin, vitamin D, zinc, fish oil, ON whey protein, creatine monohydrate, I don't have Vit D deficiency but I read about this article http://www.menshealth.com/weight-loss/burn-fat-fast and decided to give it a go, I take about 2000 IU everyday and the tolerable upper intake is 4000 IU so there's no harm there.0

In my exercise days I use MP Cla Core or L-Carnitine or MP Fat Burner & Whey Protein
and
In my rest days I Use Vitamin C,Fish oil,Calcium,whey protein & multivitamins & minerals0 -
I take whey sometimes if I run low on protein.0
