Congrats on meeting your goal. :)

I love seeing your strength and how calm/relaxed you look in the very first picture. Thanks for the inspiration + encouragement. :flowerforyou:

Fabulous. I'm in there too with the big boys at 5:30am. I couldn't give a flying stuff what I look like, in 6 months I'll be smoking hot and that's all that matters to me. You keep it up and in another 3 months you'll have yet another photo to add to your collection. Well done, that is some damn heavy weight you are lifting, and yes, it looks so easy!! Congrats!

Fantastic dedication - love that you are drawing attention to the things that may put us bigger girls off like the physical problems of being much larger/having belly n boobs getting in the way of proper lifting- I am building up my strength/resistance training and hope to get to the heavy lifting stage and seeing your original and progress pictures is making me feel far more confident that I will be there eventually :)

    you rock!

I've never seen any girl doing deadlift in my gym, even rarely see any guys doing it. You are doing great!

Love this thread -- thank you for sharing! I'm in the middle of a bad spell re: what I look like at the gym and needed to hear this. I also feel very drawn to lifting and want to start yesterday, but my self-image was stopping me. Not anymore... I hope!
