When I first started out I picked two goals. To squat 100kgs and to Dead-lift 100kgs (220lbs). I picked those numbers because they seemed impossible.
Two weeks ago I did 100kg squats x 5.
And I'll be dead-lifting 100kg soon.
All you have to do is start.0 -

When you deadlift, you get this overwhelming sense of personal bada$$ery that would never happen if it was easy!

What these ladies said. You'll surprise yourself once you start. I started 10 months ago at 61 years old and never thought I could have a personal best over 300 lbs. Never even thought about that. I've been there for a month.Personal best on squats and deadlifts. One foot in front of the other.0
