Hi all,
Got my measurements done at the gym yesterday. Body fat was 14.9% and water % was 60%. Now that water % seems high to me! I'm not sure what it would normally be. Any thoughts?

That seems completely fine and about right for your body fat %, in the athletic range 14-20% bf for women I would expect it to be around 60%+.
Im a bloke but for ref mine is:
13.9 % body fat
65 % water
From my past records I had 60% water at 20% BF, and 57% water at 25% BF which is about the average for a man.
Women usually have a lower amount as they naturally have a higher fat percentage.0 -
From what I've read, 50-65% water is considered healthy.0

14,9% wow you are lean! I got a salter body analysis scale from catch of the day today and my bf is 19.4% long way to go0

That % is v healthy.0

15% is super lean, and you look it in those back pics you have. What's your plan now?0

Remember the saying that your body is mostly out of water? 60% is perfectly normal percent of body water. Another thing though is that those body fat scales are terribly inaccurate. They still keep using it in the gym though because its easier and gives you a rough approximation0

Ah that's awesome then lol. I had my measurements done as I have just started NROLFW so want to track my progress. Hopefully will be able to add some improved pics in the near future then :-)0
