Good advice! I'm going to try to do it again tomorrow. I think my problem might be I'm a little afraid I'm going to fall off my treadmill lol I need practice :)

I did it! Well sort of... lol runnin didn't happen I'm afraid. But i did 26 minutes doing intervals of 3mph and 4 mph. Best I could do for day 1. I will get better and be jogging in no time I'm sure. I confess that I get stressed the heck out being home alone everyday until 10pm with two kids. I love them dearly but sometimes I need a breaaaaak! lol

I usually go with half a plate of frozen mixed vegetables and 3 oz of whatever meat I want. Figures out about 300.. Nothing fancy but it fills the belly! I eat a lot of boca burgers too (70 cals) plus a light hamburger roll (80 cals) so 150, paired with a salad.. Again, not a recipe obviously, but good, quick, healthy…

Straight shots baby! lol :) Usually dark rum. I use the booze day like a cheat day, since I usually don't do "cheat days" weekly or anything and only drink once or twice a month. But when I do drink... look out lol

You can get a good burn on just turning up some music and dancing around. I do this with my daughter and mix in some jogging in place and 5 pound weights, and its a great workout for me! Fun too, to get a little silly lol :)

I love tuna so much. They do tell pregnant women to eat only two cans a week, but I have craved it and eaten more than that with both of my pregnancies with no adverse effects.

I like hot decaf tea with lemon and tru-via, iced water with fresh lemon wedges (love me some lemon lol) Sometimes I mix up Chrystal light half strength because regular is too sweet for me. Let's see.... Mostly lemon water lol!
