I would go ahead and slowly increase and you will see results soon. To start I would try adding a home made shake to breakfast. 1/2 a banana, 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, 1 container 100 cal yogurt and 1 cup skim milk will easily tack on 280 calories without overwhelming your stomach. I'm home with my four year old daughter :) My husband had a pool league match tonight. We did nothing for valentines day, but I'm ok with that :) Usually we do dinner but he's juice fasting so I am fine just staying in :) Catching up on my soap operas at the moment!

Thankyou :) Good to know this is to be expected. I read something last night about toxins backing up into the blood stream and it freaked me out. The article basically said enemas are a must. Guess it's time to call his doctor to be sure!

I'm obese and my doctor told me to eat at maintenance calories for the first two trimesters and then eat 300 above maintenance for the third trimester :)

Hit up the sex shop and show him how fun valentines day can be! lol One year I did that as well as fake rose petals, candles, and some home made choc dipped strawberries. Oh and of course Luther vandross and forcing him to dance with me in the bedroom. 4 years later and he still brings it up :)

I would...people make mistakes...You never know the whole story as to what is going on behind closed doors. I would still trust that person as well because they didn't do anything to ME by cheating on their spouse. Just my opinion, maybe I'm a sucker lol

Right now it's tuna fish sandwhiches and grilled tuna and cheddar...cannot get enough of the stuff and I'm only supposed to eat 2 cans a week..not 2 cans a day! I just ate the last can..I think I just need to not buy anymore for awhile. Gotta find that willpower! lol
