machines and free weights.......some of the machines are awesome.....some are not. For example I have 24 hr. access to my gym. If its 2 in the morning and I am benching by myself the smith machine is great. Way safer.

NO NOT cut out candy, chocolate milk, cake, but most importantly NOT CANDY. Got to have chocolate. Snickers yummmmm. Seriously u do not need to give up anything u don't want too. Treats are worth the calories....

Exercise (cardio and especially weight training) will cause ur body to tighten up. Worked for me.

Been using Greek non-fat yogurt for years. Tuna with onions, pickle relish, lettuce, a little mustard...is great. Never liked mayo.

Seriously...how do u measure everything u eat? That would drive me crazy. I have lost a good deal of weight by....guessing. Well I also exercise way more than I ever have in the past. A hundred cals plus or minus per day....does it really matter. Maybe I burned an extra 100cals today because I walked the stairs more than I…

They are good......a couple of granola bars or a snickers bar.......probably go with the snickers. No snickers than granola bars are good. Both are treats, not part of my balanced meal program. They are an addition to it.

If the nutrition label says,,, serving size 1 cup ........THAN USE A CUP.....Hell we wouldn't want to be a few grams over.....I feel my waist growing as I write :)

Your kidneys do filter excess proteins.......Unless ur carrying around 200lbs of lean muscle mass 200g is over kill.....Not outrageous but still more than u need.

I believe the ice comes from water which was in the food before u froze it. No weight is added.......
