I have been doing 30 grams of net carbs or less for about 4 weeks now and have lost 14 pounds.. I am wondering if I should be going lower to get into ketosis.... Should I be shooting for 20 a day???

I quickly got out of that habit when I would be exhausted after working out and seeing I only burned 300-400 calories... and the treat I want would totally negate that work... helped talk me out of those treats... Not to mention I felt so much better the next morning and proud of myself.

Ill-mannered teenagers... I blame their parents really.. I doubt they were taught any manners growing up. It has never happened to me since. But it was pretty devastating. My son was their age, and I know he would have punched him in the face had he been with me. I know he would never disrespect an adult that way.
