    Also, crunches and excessive bodyweight squats aren't going to get you the body you want.
    Crunches are essentially useless. One of the most obnoxious core exercises.
    And 250 bodyweight squats is just going to tire you out and not really do much else.
    You will have far more success with a progressive strength training program.
