  • I love the Spartan Races! I do the Beast in VT every year and just completed the Spartan Super in Las Vegas. They are so fun and challenging. This year is the Trifecta year.

  • I have the FT7 and love it. It isn't too bulky and the heart rate monitor works great. I wanted one that had the calorie count also so this was my top choice last year. It tells you where you change from a fat burning to a fitness heart rate and how long you remain in each area during the workout. I am a fan of this HRM.

  • I too try to add it as I'm cooking. I use the measuring cups a lot to know what I'm putting in my body. The recipe maker in the best because you can make things and see exactly how many calories you are consuming. I just started last week and have been really impressed with this program.
