do 5 mins on, 5 off, or whatever feels comfortable! I ran at my heaviest and injured my knee really bad, and wasn't able to for a while. if you do long runs do a slower pace, shorter faster sprints in between. I mean, you don't have to stick to just one thing! as long as you're out there and moving, you will start…

la tortilla factory whole grain tortilla with pizza sauce, and a half cup of low fat motzerella cheese. add some basil, a lil oregano, some olives, tomato slices and spinach. only about 210 calories, and is the same size as a single seve pizza. then for sweets, some greek yogurt with strawberries all for only 345 calories!

WELCOME WELCOME!

totally understand! hate when guys think i can't do something, when i can seriously kick their ### in some things! next time, maybe try doing the reverse and asking them if they need help? HAHA all I can say is, YOU GO GIRL

i avoided the pizza last night! i am a binge pizza eater, and instead of tempting myself by having one or more pieces, i decided on a salad instead. i even sat outside to avoid the temptation. SOOO PROUD! :)

try these: container of cool whip 1 tbspn peanut butter chocolate syrup mix in the peanut butter into the cool whip till well blended. put 1-1.5 tablespoons of the peanutbuttery coolwhip into cupcake papers. add small chocolate syrup drizzle to top. freeze for at least 3 hours i think it only came out to 105 calories when…

i'd like to lose between 10-15 lbs! i went all summer with maintaining what i've lost (thank God) but i'd still like to lose 23+ lbs if possible. i'm at the smallest i've ever been, and i'd like to be smaller! If I lose the weight I'm going to reward myself with a new HOT dress (just for the heck of it!) and if I lose that…

been stuck for two months-healthy eating, exercising.... even been trying slimfast. which, i have lost NO weight on, and have been following the 3-2-1 plan EXACTLY. it is extremely frustrating, but do you want quick results or lasting results? :) i know how hard it is....trust me. but it's going to take your body time to…

my ba's are in my profile. 250's-184ish now!

i was not eating enough calories when i started on here, and was exercising a half hour every day and eating right ALL the time. my weight didn't budge. I went from 1200 cals to 1500 and i'm steadily losing now. it's slow, but it is slowly coming off. it took me 4 months for 13 lbs, with diet and exercise, and not starving…

one day at a time. I started not being able to run around the track, and did a walk-run...each day increase the time you run a little more. it hurts a lot at first, but after a year or so you notice you can go 3 miles without that pain! It's amazing! cross training helps a lot too.
-
definately my sides...after losing the weight i'm getting a figure, and it's SOOOO nice!
-
calories are probably too low. had the same problem---lost % lbs in like 3 month span and felt horribly deprived. Just started increasing my intake to 1500 and increasing the exercise and lost 4lbs in a week! your body is probably in starvation mode, try increasing calories
-
sometimes the scale just sticks for a while. I was stuck for a good 3 weeks and was doing everything right. and then this week I dropped almost 4 lbs.... so don't get too discouraged. Do the best you can eating and exercising and dont worry about the number so much. it will follow! :-)

Just posted this in the other thread this was attached to. i was also diagnosed with pcos. the answer i got was to take carbs out of your diet competely for a period of a month or two, and then to slowly encorporate them back into the diet. now, the reason being is that i am addicted to them....i'm addicted to them because…

i was also diagnosed with pcos. the answer i got was to take carbs out of your diet competely for a period of a month or two, and then to slowly encorporate them abck into the diet. now, the reason being is that i am addicted to them....i'm addicted to them because they register in the body the same way sugar does.
